We’re excited to have you join the Fit Culture Affiliate Program!

Whether you're promoting our Fit Culture App, supplement line, Eric Viskovicz’s book The Blueprint Method, or future offers—we're committed to helping you succeed while maintaining brand integrity and compliance.

Before you start sharing, please review the following terms to ensure long-term success, alignment, and eligibility for commissions.

💼 What You Need to Know
By participating in the Fit Culture Affiliate Program, you agree to the following terms:

✅ Affiliate Earnings
Commissions may vary by product and promotion, and can be up to 40% per sale.

You will receive credit for all qualifying sales through your unique affiliate link.

Lifetime cookies may be enabled depending on the offer—meaning you’ll still get credit even if a customer returns later.

Payouts are processed on a regular basis (schedule available via your affiliate dashboard or onboarding email).

⚖️ Compliance Requirements
All affiliate promotions must comply with all applicable laws and regulations, including but not limited to:

The Federal Trade Commission Act (FTC Act)

The CAN-SPAM Act

The FTC’s Endorsement & Testimonial Guidelines

Relevant state and international consumer protection laws

You are responsible for ensuring your marketing complies with these standards.

❌ Prohibited Marketing Practices
The following are strictly prohibited:

Misleading, deceptive, or unsubstantiated claims in any format.

Use of before-and-after photos or testimonials not based on your personal experience.

Advertising via Google Ads or any Google property—under any circumstance.

Bidding on Fit Culture-related keywords (e.g., “Fit Culture review,” “Fit Culture supplement”).

Use of negative terms like “scam,” “fraud,” etc., in ads, content, or social posts.

Incentivizing purchases (e.g., offering bonuses, cash back, third-party products).

Using Fit Culture-branded content (photos, videos, logos, etc.) without written permission.

Impersonating Fit Culture—including using brand names in social handles, pretending to be the creator, or representing products as your own.

Publishing press releases related to Fit Culture.

Creating or distributing apps, ebooks, workouts, or reports using the Fit Culture name or likeness.

Listing Fit Culture products on retail, classified, or auction sites (e.g., Amazon, eBay, Craigslist, App Stores).

Linking directly to checkout pages. Users must first see the Fit Culture sales or product page as presented by our team.

🔎 Transparency & Disclosure
If you’re reviewing or recommending Fit Culture products:

Clearly state that it’s a review and include the word "review" in the title, URL, and visuals (if applicable).

Clearly disclose that you may earn a commission if a customer purchases through your link, as required by the FTC.

🛡️ Legal Liability
You are solely responsible for your marketing efforts. Fit Culture does not pre-approve ads or content and is not liable for any claims made in your promotions.

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Fit Culture, its partners, and its owners from any lawsuits, claims, or regulatory actions arising from your promotional activities.

🚨 Enforcement & Removal
Fit Culture reserves the right to immediately remove any affiliate from the program who violates these terms.

Removal is permanent and includes forfeiture of any unpaid commissions tied to non-compliant activity.
