Rammy is an Orthodontist in Europe. Working his long shifts and his stressful work environment provided habits and a cycle that he found hard to break!

I promise… your dreams are in there (and they matter!). You have to dust them off, and this prompt will do the trick.
Write down anything that comes to mind. Even if it doesn’t seem “important.” Let your subconscious work its magic 😉 Then…
