Fit Culture LLC (“we,” “us,” or “our”) is committed to protecting your privacy. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, and safeguard your information when you visit our website, use our mobile application (Fit Culture Academy), or participate in our fitness programs.
We collect information that identifies you (“Personal Information”), including your name, email address, phone number, and date of birth when provided via our website forms, chat widget, intake forms, or during app registration and onboarding. We also collect fitness and health-related inputs you provide (such as current weight, goal weight, body measurements, and activity preferences) to build your personalized program. When you use the Fit Culture Academy mobile application, we may also collect device information (such as operating system and device ID), app usage data, and account information created within the app to improve user experience and provide customer support.
We collect your date of birth during registration and onboarding for the following purposes: (a) to confirm you meet the minimum age requirement to use the app; and (b) to calculate age-based fitness and nutrition targets, including resting metabolic rate and personalized program recommendations, which depend on age. Your date of birth is stored securely within our application backend, is accessible only to authorized personnel and service providers who help operate the app, and is never sold or shared for marketing purposes.
Fit Culture LLC strictly adheres to the following mobile privacy standards:
No Sharing of SMS Data: Mobile information will not be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes.
Exclusion of Consent: All the above categories exclude text messaging originator opt-in data and consent; this information will not be shared with any third parties for any reason.
No Sale of Data: We do not sell, rent, or lease customer mobile numbers or opt-in status to any third-party entities.
By providing your phone number and opting in, you agree to receive recurring transactional updates and messaging (e.g., course updates, retreat logistics, and fitness tips).
Frequency: Message frequency varies but typically does not exceed 4 messages per month.

Opt-Out: Text STOP to cancel at any time. For assistance, text HELP.
The Fit Culture Academy app relies on platform authentication to grant application access. While your access configuration is managed through platform account tools (such as Apple ID or Google Play account management), we handle account validation metrics securely through specialized backend systems. We maintain records of your active profile status solely to fulfill access requests and provide user support.
We use infrastructure vendors (such as application performance platforms, database managers, and communication providers like GoHighLevel) to perform operational services including credential verification and communications. These vendors have access to personal information needed to perform their functions but are contractually prohibited from using it for other purposes. This excludes SMS opt-in data, which is never shared.
Fit Culture LLC may integrate with Apple HealthKit to track your fitness activity. We do not use information gained through the HealthKit framework for advertising or similar services. Your health data is used solely to provide health and fitness tracking features within the application and will not be shared with third parties without your explicit consent.
You have the right to request the deletion of your Personal Information. If you have registered for an account through the Fit Culture Academy mobile application, you can delete your account and all associated data directly within the app’s settings menu, or by contacting us at support@fitculture.com. We will process deletion requests in accordance with applicable law.
The Fit Culture Academy app is not intended for individuals under the age of 18. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under this age. If we learn we have collected such information, we will delete it.
If you are a California resident, you have the right to request access to the personal information we hold about you, to request its deletion, and to opt out of the sale of your personal information (we do not sell personal information).
