I’m Sarah, a 50-something mom and entrepreneur on a mission to glow up my life in all areas. Through “Glow Up With Me,” I’ll be sharing healthy lifestyle and weight loss tips, delicious recipes, eating-out guides, fitness experiences, and style transformations and so much more. It’s an inside-out journey, and I’m all about making my life purposeful and relevant, and want to help you to do the same.
I’m Eric, bringing you the expertise I’ve gained from 26 years of running my successful fitness and weight loss retreat with my wife Sarah. I dive deep into the science behind making a true lifestyle change—exploring hormones, adrenals, cortisol, neuroplasticity, cognition and behavioral tools as well as the science-driven personalized strategies that I use with my clients so that you too can have a body that is working for you instead of against you.
