Terms of Service for Fit Culture LLC (d/b/a Fit Culture Academy) Last Updated: June 3, 2026
By using the Fit Culture Academy website, mobile application, or any of our fitness and wellness services, you agree to these Terms of Service.
The Fit Culture Academy app provides access to personalized programs, workouts, meal plans, and related features based on active user account status.
Account Access: Access to the application features is granted to users with valid, active account credentials.
Account Management: Users can manage their account profile, adjust settings, or request account updates at any time through the Fit Culture Academy app settings or by contacting support@fitculture.com.
Termination of Access: You may request to close your account at any time. Upon closure, access to application features, history, and custom programs will cease at the end of your current account cycle. For accounts established via mobile platform stores, access management is subject to the respective platform provider’s standard account settings.
You must be at least 18 years old to create an account or use the application features.
The Fit Culture Academy app provides general fitness and nutrition information and is not a substitute for professional medical advice. Consult a physician before beginning any exercise or nutrition program. You use the programs at your own risk.
Fit Culture LLC offers a mobile messaging program. By opting in via website forms, chat widgets, or intake forms, you agree to the following:
Program Description: You will receive recurring automated and personalized informational and updates text messages (e.g., course updates, weight loss camp notifications, fitness tips, and retreat logistics).
Consent: You agree to receive messages to the mobile number provided. Consent is not a condition of account creation.
Message Frequency: Message frequency varies. You can expect to receive up to 4 messages per month.
Rates: Message and data rates may apply from your mobile carrier.
To Stop: Reply STOP, END, CANCEL, UNSUBSCRIBE, or QUIT to any message. You will receive one final confirmation message.
To Get Help: Reply HELP to any message or email support@fitculture.com.
Fit Culture LLC and mobile carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, without regard to its conflict of law principles. Any disputes arising under these terms will be resolved in the appropriate state or federal courts located in California.
