Fit Culture LLC (“we,” “us,” or “our”) is committed to protecting your privacy. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, and safeguard your information when you visit https://fitculture.com, use our mobile application, or participate in our fitness programs.

1. Information We Collect We collect information that identifies you (“Personal Information”), including your name, email address, phone number, and date of birth when provided via our website forms, chat widget, retreat intake forms, or during app registration and onboarding. We also collect fitness and health-related inputs you provide (such as current weight, goal weight, body measurements, and activity preferences) to build your personalized program. When you use the Fit Culture mobile application, we may also collect device information (such as operating system and device ID), app usage data, and account information created within the app to improve user experience and provide customer support.

2. Date of Birth We collect your date of birth during registration and onboarding for the following purposes: (a) to confirm you meet the minimum age requirement to use the app; and (b) to calculate age-based fitness and nutrition targets, including resting metabolic rate and personalized program recommendations, which depend on age. Your date of birth is stored securely within our application backend, is accessible only to authorized personnel and service providers who help operate the app, and is never sold or shared for marketing purposes.

3. SMS and Mobile Data Privacy (A2P Compliance) Fit Culture LLC strictly adheres to the following mobile privacy standards:

  • No Sharing of SMS Data: Mobile information will not be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes.
  • Exclusion of Consent: All the above categories exclude text messaging originator opt-in data and consent; this information will not be shared with any third parties for any reason.
  • No Sale of Data: We do not sell, rent, or lease customer mobile numbers or opt-in status to any third-party entities.

4. SMS Program Details By providing your phone number and opting in, you agree to receive recurring transactional and promotional messages (e.g., course updates, retreat logistics, and fitness tips).

  • Frequency: Message frequency varies but typically does not exceed 4 messages per month.
  • Rates: Message and data rates may apply.
  • Opt-Out: Text STOP to cancel at any time. For assistance, text HELP.

5. Subscriptions and Payment Information The Fit Culture app offers auto-renewable subscriptions. Subscription purchases made through the app are processed by Apple (App Store) or Google (Google Play), and payment information is handled by those platforms in accordance with their respective privacy policies — we do not receive or store your full payment card details for in-app purchases. For purchases made through our website, payment is processed by our third-party processor (Stripe), and we do not store full card numbers. We retain records of your subscription status to provide access to paid features and support.

6. Third-Party Services We use vendors (such as Stripe, Apple, Google, AppsFlyer, RevenueCat, and GoHighLevel) to perform services including payment processing, subscription management, and communications. These vendors have access to personal information needed to perform their functions but are contractually prohibited from using it for other purposes. This excludes SMS opt-in data, which is never shared.

7. Apple Health / HealthKit Data Fit Culture may integrate with Apple HealthKit to track your fitness activity. We do not use information gained through the HealthKit framework for advertising or similar services. Your health data is used solely to provide health and fitness services within the application and will not be shared with third parties without your explicit consent.

8. Data Retention and Account Deletion You have the right to request the deletion of your Personal Information. If you have registered for an account through the Fit Culture mobile application, you can delete your account and all associated data directly within the app’s settings menu, or by contacting us at support@fitculture.com. We will process deletion requests in accordance with applicable law.

9. Children’s Privacy The Fit Culture app is not intended for individuals under the age of 18. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under this age. If we learn we have collected such information, we will delete it.

10. Your California Privacy Rights If you are a California resident, you have the right to request access to the personal information we hold about you, to request its deletion, and to opt out of the sale of your personal information (we do not sell personal information).
