Fit Culture LLC offers a mobile messaging program. By opting into our program via website forms, chat widgets, or retreat intake forms, you agree to the following:
Program Description: You will receive recurring automated and personalized marketing and informational text messages (e.g., course updates, weight loss camp notifications, fitness tips, and retreat logistics).
Consent: You agree to receive messages to the mobile number provided. Consent is not a condition of any purchase.
Message Frequency: Message frequency varies. You can expect to receive up to 4 messages per month.
Rates: Message and data rates may apply from your mobile carrier.
2. Opt-Out and Help
To Stop: To stop receiving text messages from Fit Culture LLC, reply STOP, END, CANCEL, UNSUBSCRIBE, or QUIT to any of our messages. You will receive one final confirmation message.

3. Liability and Delivery
Fit Culture LLC and mobile carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
4. Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of California. Any disputes will be handled in the jurisdiction of Redondo Beach, CA.
