Terms of Service for Fit Culture LLC Last Updated: June 1, 2026
By using the Fit Culture LLC website, mobile application, or any of our fitness and wellness services, you agree to these Terms of Service.
1. Subscriptions, Billing, and Auto-Renewal The Fit Culture app offers auto-renewable subscriptions that provide access to personalized programs, workouts, meal plans, and related features.
- Subscription Plans: Monthly at $9.99/month, or Annual at $89.99/year.
- Free Trial: New subscribers may be offered a 7-day free trial. If you do not cancel before the trial ends, your subscription will automatically begin and you will be charged the applicable subscription fee.
- Billing: Payment is charged to your Apple ID or Google account at confirmation of purchase. For website purchases, payment is processed via Stripe.
- Auto-Renewal: Your subscription automatically renews at the end of each billing period (monthly or annually, depending on your plan) unless you cancel at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. Your account will be charged for renewal within 24 hours prior to the end of the current period at the rate of your selected plan.
- Cancellation: You can manage or cancel your subscription at any time through your Apple ID or Google account settings. For website subscriptions, contact support@fitculture.com. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period, and you retain access until then.
- Refunds: Subscription fees are generally non-refundable except where required by law. App Store purchases are subject to Apple’s refund policy; Google Play purchases are subject to Google’s refund policy. For website purchases, refund requests can be directed to support@fitculture.com.
2. Eligibility You must be at least 18 years old to purchase a subscription or use the paid features of the app.
3. Health and Fitness Disclaimer The Fit Culture app provides general fitness and nutrition information and is not a substitute for professional medical advice. Consult a physician before beginning any exercise or nutrition program. You use the programs at your own risk.
4. SMS/Text Messaging Program Fit Culture LLC offers a mobile messaging program. By opting in via website forms, chat widgets, or retreat intake forms, you agree to the following:
- Program Description: You will receive recurring automated and personalized marketing and informational text messages (e.g., course updates, weight loss camp notifications, fitness tips, and retreat logistics).
- Consent: You agree to receive messages to the mobile number provided. Consent is not a condition of any purchase.
- Message Frequency: Message frequency varies. You can expect to receive up to 4 messages per month.
- Rates: Message and data rates may apply from your mobile carrier.
5. Opt-Out and Help
- To Stop: Reply STOP, END, CANCEL, UNSUBSCRIBE, or QUIT to any message. You will receive one final confirmation message.
- To Get Help: Reply HELP to any message or email support@fitculture.com.
6. Liability and Delivery Fit Culture LLC and mobile carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
7. Governing Law These terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, without regard to its conflict of law principles. Any disputes arising under these terms will be resolved in the appropriate state or federal courts located in California.
