FIT CULTURE LLC

Effective date: October 13, 2026

Last updated: October 14, 2026

This Privacy Policy explains how FIT CULTURE LLC (“Fit Culture,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) collects, uses, shares, and protects your information when you use the Fit Culture mobile app (the “App”), our website at fitculture.com (the “Site”), and any related services (together, the “Services”).

By creating an account or using the Services, you agree to this Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use the Services.

1. Information We Collect

Information you give us

Account information. When you create an account, we collect your first name, last name, email address, and password. If you sign in with Apple or Google, we receive your name and email address (or an Apple private relay email) from that service. If you enter a promotional code, we collect that code.

Profile and body information. To build your personalized program, we ask for:

  • Biological gender and date of birth
  • Height, current weight, goal weight, and the number of weeks you want to reach your goal
  • Your primary goal (lose, maintain, or gain weight) and whether you also want to gain muscle
  • Your current body type and your target body-fat percentage
  • Optional body measurements, or body-fat and lean-mass results from a body-composition test

Health information. With your permission, we ask about health conditions that affect your meal and workout plan, such as diabetes, high cholesterol, high blood pressure, arthritis, digestive conditions, thyroid conditions or PCOS, insulin resistance, adrenal fatigue or chronic stress, perimenopause or menopause, low testosterone, whether you take medication, and whether you currently use or have used a GLP-1 medication. You can choose “None of the above” for these questions.

Lifestyle and schedule information. We ask how much time you can commit each day, whether nutrition is your main obstacle, whether you are an athlete, whether you have attended a Fit Culture Fitness Retreat, and details about your routine, such as your workdays, shift length, work start time, wake-up time, bedtime, and preferred workout time. We use this to place your meals, shakes, and workouts on your calendar.

Activity, nutrition, and progress information. When you use the App, we store the information you enter or create, such as meals and macros you track, custom recipes, ingredients you add, your shopping list, workouts you complete, activities you log, calendar changes, and weekly weigh-ins.

Messages to our AI coach. If you use the in-app AI chat (“Ask Eric”), we collect the questions you type and the answers you receive, so we can respond and improve the feature. Please do not share information in the chat that you do not want us to have.

Support and communications. If you contact us, we collect your message and any information you choose to include.

Information from your device and other sources

Apple Health. If you choose to connect Apple Health, the App reads data you allow, such as workouts, active calories burned, steps, and weight, so we can replace our calorie estimates with your actual activity. You control this in the Health app and can turn it off at any time. See Section 4 for how we treat Apple Health data.

Samsung Health. If you use the App on a Samsung or other Android device and choose to connect Samsung Health, the App reads data you allow, such as workouts, active calories burned, steps, and weight, for the same purpose. You control this in the Samsung Health app and can turn it off at any time. See Section 4 for how we treat Samsung Health data.

Camera. If you use the barcode scanner, the App uses your camera only to read the barcode on a packaged food. We do not store images from the scanner.

Purchases. On iPhone, subscriptions are sold through Apple’s App Store. On Android, subscriptions are sold through Google Play. Apple or Google processes your payment. We do not receive or store your credit card number. Apple or Google tells us whether your subscription or free trial is active, its start and renewal dates, and related transaction details.

Device and usage information. We and our service providers automatically collect information such as your device type, operating system, app version, language, time zone, IP address, crash reports, and how you use the App (for example, which screens you open and which features you use).

App install and marketing attribution. We use AppsFlyer, a mobile measurement service, to understand how people find and install the App, for example which ad or link led to an install. AppsFlyer may collect device information, IP address, and install and in-app event data. If you are on iOS, we only access your device’s advertising identifier (IDFA) if you allow tracking when the App asks. You can change this at any time in your iPhone’s Settings under Privacy & Security > Tracking. On Android, AppsFlyer may use your device’s advertising ID, which you can reset or delete at any time in your phone’s settings under Privacy > Ads.

Website. When you visit fitculture.com, we and our providers may collect your IP address, browser type, pages visited, and similar information using cookies and similar technologies. You can control cookies through your browser settings.

3. How We Share Your Information

We do not sell your personal information. We share information only as described below.

Service providers. We share information with companies that help us run the Services, under contracts that limit how they can use it. These include:

  • Our app development and technical support partner
  • Cloud hosting and database provider: Amazon Web Services
  • AI service provider that powers the in-app chat: OpenAI
  • Subscription management: RevenueCat
  • Mobile measurement and analytics: AppsFlyer

Apple, Google, and Samsung. If you sign in with Apple or Google, buy a subscription through Apple or Google Play, or connect Apple Health or Samsung Health, those companies handle that information under their own privacy policies.

Legal reasons. We may share information if required by law, court order, or government request, or when we believe it is necessary to protect the rights, safety, or property of Fit Culture, our users, or others.

Business transfers. If Fit Culture is involved in a merger, acquisition, financing, or sale of assets, your information may be transferred as part of that deal. We will tell you if this happens and if a different privacy policy will apply.

With your consent. We may share information for other purposes if you ask us to or agree to it.

4. Apple Health and Samsung Health Data

If you connect Apple Health or Samsung Health:

  • We use this health data only to provide and improve your fitness and nutrition experience in the App, such as updating your calories burned and progress.
  • We do not use this health data for advertising or marketing, and we do not sell it.
  • We do not share this health data with third parties for advertising, marketing, or data-mining purposes.
  • We do not store Apple Health data in iCloud.
  • You can stop sharing Apple Health data at any time in the Health app under Sharing > Apps > Fit Culture.
  • You can stop sharing Samsung Health data at any time in the Samsung Health app’s settings by turning off data permissions for Fit Culture.

5. Your Choices

  • Profile and program. You can view and update your profile, goals, and schedule in the App.
  • Health data and camera. You can turn access on or off in your phone’s settings, the Apple Health app, or the Samsung Health app.
  • Tracking and advertising ID. On iPhone, you can allow or deny tracking when asked, and change it later in Settings > Privacy & Security > Tracking. On Android, you can reset or delete your advertising ID in your phone’s settings under Privacy > Ads.
  • Notifications. You can turn off push notifications in your phone’s settings.
  • Marketing emails. You can unsubscribe using the link in any marketing email.
  • Subscription. On iPhone, you can manage or cancel your subscription in your Apple ID account settings. On Android, you can manage or cancel it in the Google Play Store app under Payments & subscriptions > Subscriptions. Deleting the App does not cancel your subscription.

6. Deleting Your Account

You can delete your account in the App at Settings > Account > Delete Account, or by emailing us at support@fitculture.com. When you delete your account, we delete or de-identify your personal information within 30 days, except information we must keep to comply with the law, resolve disputes, or prevent fraud. Deleting your account does not cancel an Apple or Google Play subscription; please cancel it in your Apple ID settings or in the Google Play Store app.

7. How Long We Keep Your Information

We keep your information for as long as your account is active and as needed to provide the Services. After you delete your account, we delete or de-identify your information as described above. We may keep limited information longer when the law requires it or for legitimate business needs, such as records of transactions.

8. How We Protect Your Information

We use reasonable administrative, technical, and physical safeguards to protect your information, including encryption in transit. No method of storing or sending data is completely secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security. Please use a strong password and keep it private.

9. Your Privacy Rights

Depending on where you live, you may have the right to:

  • Know what personal information we have about you and get a copy of it
  • Correct inaccurate information
  • Delete your information
  • Opt out of targeted advertising, the sale of your information, or certain profiling
  • Withdraw your consent, including consent to process health information
  • Appeal our decision if we deny your request

To use any of these rights, email us at support@fitculture.com with the subject “Privacy Request.” We will need to confirm your identity before we act on your request. You may use an authorized agent to make a request on your behalf. We will not treat you differently for using your privacy rights.

California residents. In the past 12 months we have collected the categories of information described in Section 1: identifiers (such as name, email, and device IDs), customer records, characteristics such as age and gender, commercial information (subscription status), internet and app activity, sensitive personal information (health information), and inferences used to build your program. We collect this information for the purposes in Section 2 and share it with the service providers described in Section 3. We do not sell personal information or share it for cross-context behavioral advertising, other than as described for AppsFlyer if you allow tracking. We use sensitive personal information only to provide the Services you request.

Washington, Nevada, and other states with consumer health data laws. Some of the information we collect, such as health conditions, GLP-1 use, body measurements, and Apple Health and Samsung Health data, may be considered “consumer health data.” We collect it only to provide the App’s personalized program and features you request, we share it only with service providers as described in Section 3, and we do not sell it. You can ask us to confirm, access, or delete your consumer health data, or withdraw your consent, by emailing support@fitculture.com.

Users outside the United States. Fit Culture is based in the United States, and your information is processed in the United States and other countries where our service providers operate. Where required, we rely on appropriate safeguards for these transfers. If you live in the European Economic Area or the United Kingdom, we process your information to provide the Services you request (contract), with your consent (health information and marketing), and for our legitimate interests (improving and securing the Services). You may also have the right to complain to your local data protection authority.

10. Children

The Services are intended for adults 18 and older. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13 (or under 16 where local law sets a higher age). If you believe a child has given us information, please contact us and we will delete it.

11. Health Disclaimer

The App provides general fitness, nutrition, and wellness information. It is not medical advice and does not replace advice from your doctor. Please talk to your healthcare provider before starting any diet or exercise program, especially if you have a medical condition, are pregnant, or take medication.

12. Links to Other Sites

The Services may link to other websites or services, such as YouTube workout videos, that we do not control. Their own privacy policies apply, and we are not responsible for how they handle your information.

13. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time, for example when we add new features. We will post the updated policy on this page and change the “Last updated” date. If we make important changes, we will notify you in the App or by email before they take effect.
