Frequently Asked Questions
How is my program created?
When you sign up, the app asks about your goals, body, health, and daily schedule. It uses your answers to choose your program and build your meal plan, workouts, and Think This lessons, then places everything on your calendar around your work and sleep.
Can I change my goals or program?
Yes. You can update your goals and profile in the app, and your program and plan will be recalculated.
How do I start my free trial?
New members can try Fit Culture free for 7 days. After the trial, your subscription renews automatically at $9.99 per month or $89.99 per year, depending on the plan you choose, unless you cancel at least 24 hours before the trial ends.
How do I cancel my subscription?
iPhone: Subscriptions are managed by Apple. Open Settings, tap your name, tap Subscriptions, choose Fit Culture, and tap Cancel Subscription.
Android: Subscriptions are managed by Google Play. Open the Google Play Store app, tap your profile icon, tap Payments & subscriptions, tap Subscriptions, choose Fit Culture, and tap Cancel subscription.
Deleting the app does not cancel your subscription.
How do I get a refund?
Apple and Google handle all payments and refunds for purchases made through their stores. On iPhone, you can request a refund at reportaproblem.apple.com. On Android, you can request a refund through Google Play.
How do I restore my purchase on a new phone?
Sign in with the same Fit Culture account and the same Apple ID or Google account you used to subscribe, then tap Restore Purchases on the subscription screen.
I forgot my password.
On the login screen, tap Forgot Password and follow the link we email you. If you signed up with Apple or Google, use that same button to log in.
How do I connect Apple Health or Samsung Health?
In the app, go to Settings > Connected Apps and turn on Apple Health (iPhone) or Samsung Health (Android), then choose which data to share. On iPhone, you can turn sharing off anytime in the Health app under Sharing > Apps > Fit Culture. On Android, you can turn it off in the Samsung Health app’s settings.
How do I delete my account?
In the app, go to Settings > Account > Delete Account. This permanently deletes your account and your data, as described in our Privacy Policy. If you can’t access the app, email support@fitculture.com from the email on your account and we’ll delete it for you. Deleting your account does not cancel an Apple or Google Play subscription, so please cancel that first.
Is Fit Culture medical advice?
No. Fit Culture provides general fitness and nutrition guidance. Please talk to your doctor before starting any diet or exercise program, especially if you have a medical condition, are pregnant, or take medication.
