These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern your use of the website, mobile applications, and fitness services provided by Fit Culture, LLC (“Company,” “we,” “us,” or “our”). By accessing our services, you agree to be bound by these Terms.
1. Membership & Eligibility
Age Requirement: You must be at least 18 years of age to purchase a membership. Minors aged 14–17 may use our facilities only with a signed parental waiver.
Account Security: You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activities that occur under your account.
2. Billing & Payments
Fees: You agree to pay all membership dues, initiation fees, and taxes associated with your selected plan.
Automatic Renewal: Unless otherwise stated, memberships renew automatically. To avoid future charges, you must cancel according to the Cancellation Policy in Section 3.
Failed Payments: We reserve the right to suspend access to facilities or digital services if your payment method is declined.
3. Cancellation & Refund Policy
Standard Cancellation: Memberships may be cancelled by providing written notice [e.g., 30 days] prior to the next billing cycle.
Refunds: All sales for personal training and digital coaching are final. Physical products may be returned within 14 days if unopened and in original packaging.

By providing your mobile number and opting in to receive messages, you agree to the following:
Program Description: Fit Culture, LLC may send recurring text messages regarding account alerts, appointment reminders, and promotional offers.
Consent: Consent is not a condition of purchase.
Message Frequency: Message frequency varies based on user interaction and subscription type.
Rates: Message and data rates may apply depending on your mobile carrier plan.
Opt-Out: Reply STOP to any message to unsubscribe at any time. You will receive one final confirmation text.

Carrier Liability: Mobile carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
5. Health & Liability Waiver
Assumption of Risk: You acknowledge that physical exercise involves inherent risks of injury or death. By using our services, you voluntarily assume all such risks.
Health Attestation: You represent that you are in good physical condition and have no medical reason or impairment that would prevent you from intended exercise.
Indemnification: You agree to indemnify and hold Fit Culture, LLC harmless from any and all claims, loss, or damage arising out of your use of our facilities or programs.
6. Code of Conduct
We reserve the right to terminate or suspend your membership immediately, without refund, for:
Harassment of staff or other members.
Damage to equipment or property.
Illegal activity on Company premises.
Sharing account access or “tailgating” into facilities.
7. Governing Law
