2. Purchases & Payments
All purchases are processed securely through Shopify.
Payment must be received in full before your order is fulfilled or access to a course is granted.
Prices are shown in U.S. dollars unless otherwise noted and may change at any time.
3. Products & Services
Supplements & Apparel: All physical products are sold through Shopify and are subject to our Return & Refund Policy below.
Books: Physical books purchased through Shopify follow the same return guidelines.
Digital Courses & Programs: Courses and memberships are managed through MemberPress. Once you gain access to course content, purchases are non-refundable and non-transferable.
4. Shipping & Delivery
Physical orders are fulfilled through our trusted fulfillment partners.
Delivery timelines are estimates and may vary.
Fit Culture LLC is not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers, customs, or events outside our control.
5. Accounts & Memberships
Access to courses and membership areas is provided via MemberPress on fitculture.com.
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials.
Sharing or transferring your account is strictly prohibited.
6. Returns & Refund Policy
Return Eligibility: We accept returns for both defective and non-defective products purchased directly from shop.fitculture.com. Items must be in new, unused condition and returned within 30 days of delivery.
Return Method: All returns must be made by mail. A free downloadable and printable return label will be provided once your return is approved.
Restocking Fees: We do not charge restocking or handling fees.
Refund Processing: Refunds are typically processed within 3 business days to your original payment method.
Digital Courses: Refund requests must be submitted within 14 days of purchase and are only eligible if less than 10% of the course has been completed.
7. Intellectual Property
All content on this website—including text, images, videos, logos, and course materials—is owned by Fit Culture LLC. You may not copy, distribute, or reproduce any content without written permission.
8. Limitation of Liability
Participation in any course, program, or supplement usage is voluntary and at your own risk. Fit Culture LLC is not liable for damages, injuries, or losses related to the use of our products, services, or website.

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Arizona, United States.
10. SMS & Mobile Messaging (A2P Compliance)
By opting into our text messaging program, you agree to receive recurring transactional and marketing messages from Fit Culture LLC.
Opt-Out: You can cancel the SMS service at any time. Just text “STOP” to the number from which you received the message. We will send you a confirmation message upon unsubscription.
